I started listedleases.com because I realized our area needed it when I was trying to find an office to lease for my digital marketing business. I spent months driving around our area to find a perfect and reasonably priced office to lease. I also tried using Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and Google to search several different real estate websites, but I never found anything close to what I needed.
I found some large websites that are extremely high priced to list your property, or they are free to list but charge a lot of money for brokers to access their information. To my discovery, the only properties listed in my area are owned by large rental property companies and have listings for large business.
My website is more suitable for small business owners looking for brick-and-mortar locations on their own, while giving property owners the ability to have their properties listed without the high costs from either side.
HOW IT WORKS
Start by viewing our services, then if and when you're interested, email us to let us know that you want to list your commercial property. We will then email you a questionnaire about your property that you will fill out and return. We will also need to know if you're providing your own photography or if you would prefer us to capture the best sides of your property. After we have your information and you pay the signup fee, we will add the information to our website in the appropriate city/town, county, and state so business owners can easily find vacant properties.
To Start
The initial cost of listing your lease is $150.00 per property plus the number of blocks you want to purchase when you start up. A block is a three-month period. A minimum of one block is required to start your services, but no more than four blocks can be purchased. A block costs $60.00, equal to $20.00 a month.

After we are receive confirmation of your purchase, be ready for a follow up email for instructions on what's next. Communication between Listed Leases and the leaser will need be regularly to ensure potential renters are not viewing property that is no longer available.

We setup lights to really make the features of your property stand out. Also includes aerial photos of front and back entrance, highlighted pictures of parking, if applicable.
Premium Property Photo Package Combo $600.00/Hour
We capture premium photos with lights and also record for a virtual tour. This price is a bit higher because the virtual tour will require post video editing that we do not charge you for, but we still pay for.
